As students enter the upper primary grade levels they are learning key skills and knowledge to prepare them for high school and beyond. Students mature in leaps and bounds during these years and at CAIS we aim to nurture these students to become all that God wants them to be.

In grade 4, upper primary students attend overnight camp for the first time. In grade 5, students begin taking part in home economics, dance, drama and band courses along with the core subject areas. Grade 6 is a very important year of transition as the students prepare themselves for High School. During this year we strive to equip them for the coming years of secondary education so that they can achieve their learning goals and reach their potential!

Students in upper primary learn the importance of becoming responsible for their own learning and our upper primary team works hard to instill this in our students!
